We had an eventful cross-country season with lots of success across the year groups. In the Royal School fixture, the U12, U13, U14 and U15 all won their age categories. The U12 team of Julia Latin, Saskia McAllister, Ruby Walsh and Ella Cameron and the U15 team of Megan Bannister, Natasha Cook, Rose Williams, and Holly Schlaeppi got bronze medals in the GHS cross-country relays. Julia has had an outstanding year winning all of her races.

The Intermediate girls participated in the ESSA County Cross Country with eleven teams competing from across Surrey. The girls came 3rd overall, which meant that they then qualified for the Regional Championships which were held in Tonbridge.

Five U15 and U14 girls also took part in the Wellington Relays. All five girls ran a stunning race and not only won their own category but succeeded in coming ahead of 2 out of 3 of the intermediate girls teams and all 10 of the senior teams. Congratulations to Megan Bannister, Rose Williams, Tash Cook, Emma Ward and Olivia Perry
